Dear Emmanuel Parish Family,
At the end of 2026, we will say goodbye to our current Rector, Fr. Larry Williams. The Search Committee would like to thank Fr. Larry for all of his hard work and dedication to our parish, and most importantly, for his compassion while achieving so much as Emmanuel's first full-time Rector in over a decade. We are beyond grateful, and we send him forward with our prayers and warm wishes as he continues his journey in Christ.
The Search Committee must now begin the important task of choosing the next leader for Emmanuel. This is not a task we take lightly, but a journey we will all embark on together. We are committed to keeping the parish up to date on our efforts and will make every effort to keep this process as transparent as possible.

The Search Process
Phase 1: Self Study - in progress
The first phase of our search process begins with the Parish Survey. The committee has completed work preparing the survey and distribution began on September 24th.
The survey will be available for completion through the first full week of October. After the survey period ends, work will begin to review the results and schedule small
group meetings for those interested in providing additional feedback and further discussion of the survey results.
Small group discussions will be held starting the week of
October 18th and will continue through October 24th. The committee will then compile the results of the survey and small group discussions to prepare for Phase 2 of the search process.
Phase 2: Parish Profile Development
Once review and compilation of the survey results is complete, the committee will begin work on developing a Parish Profile. This profile will be a comprehensive document detailing all aspects of our parish to be shared with potential cadidates. Our profile provide an overview of our parish, its history, ministries, and vision for the future. The committee will seek input from the parish during this phase to ensure that the profile accurately reflects Emmanuel's identity and values.
